What's included in the Trial plan?

The Trial plan is free — no credit card required. It includes 2 hours of live transcription per month, 50 AI messages per month, 1 custom system prompt, the stealth overlay, screenshot context, and full transcription history. Usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Open Cue, go to the Dashboard, and tap Upgrade. The subscription is managed entirely inside the app — $39 per month, billed monthly. No separate account or website login needed.

What happens when I reach my usage limit?

Live transcription and AI messages pause until your limits reset at the start of the next calendar month. The app itself continues to work — you can still review transcription history, manage system prompts, and access settings.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the subscription settings inside the app at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period — no partial refunds, no surprises.

Where do I start once I've downloaded Cue?
